If lubricating oil temperature becomes high, it can’t play lubricating effect, or even make bolaite air compressor born out, so what causes the high temperature? The factors are as follows:

1. For bad separating effect of oil-gas separator, the compressed air will take away large amount of oil, which results in shortage of oil and its high temperature.
2. Not suitable lubricating oil model.
3. Not suitable cooling water temperature, water flow speed and bad water quality.
4. Small oil pipeline diameter.
5. Oversize oil viscosity making obstructed heat dissipation.
6. Dirty and blocking cooler, oil deteriorating, temperature controller losing effects, harsh environment and too long service time of machine.
